The molding process of making carbon fiber auto parts:

1. Design: Based on the shape, size, and requirements of the product, design the structural diagram and cutting template for the part.

2. Cutting: Cut the carbon fiber fabric according to the cutting template.

3. Pre-treatment: Treat the cut carbon fiber fabric, such as removing impurities, dust and oil, and making small repairs as needed.

4. Placement: Place the pre-cut carbon fiber fabric into the mold according to the design requirements, and form the initial shape of the carbon fiber auto part in the mold.

5. Pressing: Place the carbon fiber composite module into a molding machine for pressing, to fully bond the carbon fiber fabric with the resin, forming a sturdy carbon fiber composite module.

6. Curing: After pressing, the carbon fiber module is taken out for curing. After this step, the resin is fully cured at high temperature and meets the design requirements of the product.

7. Processing: Process the cured carbon fiber module, including punching, sanding, cutting, etc.

8. Painting: Coat the processed carbon fiber auto accessories to protect the carbon fiber structure and beautify the appearance.

9. Quality inspection: Perform quality inspection on coated carbon fiber motorcycle parts to ensure that they meet design and production requirements and meet high quality standards.

10. Packing: Pack the finished twill weave carbon fiber auto motorcycle parts, mark and store it.
