The lining tube constitutes the skeleton of the tube, and then the aramid fiber is bonded to the outside of the lining tube to form an aramid fiber layer, so as to achieve High-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, insulation, anti-aging, and other properties.

The preparation process of aramid carbon fiber tube refers to the following steps:

The Carbon Fiber Kevlar Tubes yarn layer is composed of carbon fiber 3k woven cloth, and the multi-layer composite is rolled to form a prefabricated tube, and the first carbon fiber yarn layer, the second carbon fiber yarn layer, and the third carbon fiber yarn layer are bonded to each other. The rolled prefabricated tube is baked at 80-120°C.
