Remote Controlled PV Panel Cleaning Robot
The remote controlled PV panel cleaning robot focuses on solving the environment where people cannot stand or the telescopic cleaning equipment cannot be cleaned, and the photovoltaic panel cleaning robot can be used for remote control cleaning, which is a special cleaning equipment designed and developed according to the special environment of the photovoltaic power station.
1. Crawler chassis all-terrain operation
The remote controlled PV panel cleaning robot can realize forward, backward, left and right turns and other actions under the control of the remote control, so as to realize the movement in any direction on the photovoltaic panel and carry out all-around cleaning operations without dead ends.
2. Dual-purpose with electric roller brush washing &dry cleaning
The front end of the remote controlled PV panel cleaning robot is equipped with a rotating cleaning roller brush, and spray nozzles are installed at the upper end of the roller brush, which combines to achieve efficient cleaning of photovoltaic panels.
3. 150 meters remote control cleaning
The remote controlled PV panel cleaning robot adopts a long-distance wireless remote control, with a control distance of up to 150 meters, which is more flexible to use.

Product Installation Method
1. Connect the power supply device
①Open the case cover and connect the built-in lithium battery to the power supply connector.
②Connect the external motor power connector.
2. Connect to the water supply system (A water pipe bracket is provided on the top of the device. The male end of the 8-meter high-pressure pipe is inserted into the top joint, and the other end is connected to the extension water pipe+pump).
Note: There's no need to install water pipes under dry cleaning conditions.

How to Use The Remote Control
Button 1: Walking Switch. Push up to work, pull down does not work;
Button 2: Scrolling Switch. Push up or pull down to work, the center is stopping position;
Button 3: Walking Rocker. Push forward, pull back, release to stop walking;
Button 4: Steering Switch. Push it left to the left, push it to the right to turn, release it and it will automatically go back and stop turning;
Button 5: On & Off. Press and hold to turn on, press and hold again to turn off;
Note: The machines are all adjusted before delivery, so no additional operation is required on other keys.
About Charging
The charger indicator light [red light] indicates charging;
The charger indicator light [green] indicates full;
It takes 8-10 hours for a lithium battery to be fully charged in an empty state.
Warranty Policy
Lithium battery, charger, motor, and other electrical parts warranty for 12 months;
Note: Brush head, track, belt, and other wear products are not involved in the warranty.
Non-warranty regulations:
1. Unauthorized maintenance, misoperation, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid intake, accident, modification, etc.; misuse the product and accessories or tearing the label;
2. Failure of the product and accessories due to human causes;
3. Damage caused by force majeure;
4. Beyond the warranty period.
