Carbon Fiber Rods and Tubes

Carbon fiber rods and tubes are made with superior roll wrapped process and advanced equipment. The carbon fiber tubings are available for telescopic systems, the space between each section is only 0.5mm, supported by nylon clamps, and is widely used in high-reach cleaning, water rescue, photography, marine and aerospace, aerial survey, industrial mechanical arm, sports and other field.

 

Regarding the surface of carbon fiber rods and tubes, it could be UD carbon fiber or 3K woven carbon fiber with matte or glossy finish. The maximum length of carbon fiber rod we could produce is 600cm.

The raw materials of our carbon fiber rod and tubes are imported from Japan. The carbon content of standard modulus carbon fiber is more than 90%, and that of high modulus carbon fiber is almost 100%.
