Runfeng CFRP’s carbon fiber sdm rdm windsurf masts are made by filament winding process to ensure precise control of yarn bias and yarn resin infiltration, and avoid the defects caused by air bubbles with the roll wrapped process. Our windsurfer carbon mast has high carbon fiber content to reduce weight and greatly improve responsiveness and overall performance.

Our carbon fiber windsurfing masts are precisely wound by a pre-programmed winding machine with a single piece of yarn.

Each type of carbon fiber sdm rdm windsurf mast corresponds to a unique yarn laying program that allows the carbon fiber to be precisely wound at a specific angle, while yarn tension and other parameters work together to achieve the desired bending curve. Only the precise angle winding of the yarn with the pretension force generated by the winding process can solve the problem of large torsion during the mast movement.

1. Flex top

The upper curved mast, this kind of mast is easy to make the sail float on the top, like riding the waves, and use the glide to discharge the wind, which is suitable for high-end players and surfers.

 

2. Constant curve

The mid-bend mast, and most windsurfer masts on the market are bent in the middle. This is more in line with the needs of most people. It is suitable for normal players and beginners.

 

3. Hard top

The lower bending mast. These masts are rare for normal players.

 

Testing
